    We loved everything. Our room was perfect. Breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the sauna, the steam room and the iced bucket! The children enjoyed the indoor pool too.Thank you!

    Nice short stay to kick off our Tuscany vacation.
    Staff were nice and polite, maybe except one of the waiters at the restaurant but overall a good experience. The food at the restaurant was nice, breakfast was nice as well. The family apartment we've rented was huge, with plenty of space for everything. I really liked the duplex layout.
    General maintenance needs to be improved. It was a challenge to figure out how to put the lights on in the living room area as multiple switches are all over the apartment, just a little confusing. The apartment door is a heavy security door and the lock was super stiff, the shower including the cabinet needs a little attention. These are nuances but could improve the overall good experience.

    Beautiful and serene. Amazing views and fantastic staff
    Beautiful area, quiet and serene hotel. The staff were all amazing from the concierge, restaurant and bar staff, to the cleaners. We had a wonderful stay! The view from our room and the terrace was spectacular.
    The wifi was really spotty in our room but better in the common areas of the hotel. The restaurant was fabulous and the staff fantastic but we were sad to find it closed on Sunday evening.
