    Staff, food, accommodation, location. We check in at 2 in the morning night shift was confused we booked 3 rooms but he provided us 2 rooms after arguing with our driver they gav us Spa room.Food was worse.

    The service was amazing. The breakfast and dinner was fresh and delicious as well as good portions. Everything worked in our hotel room and we had a gorgeous view.

    perfect peaceful place for a rest & recuperation holiday
    staff super friendly & helpful. very private bungalow directly on beach front with fabulous view & soothing sound of waves lapping the shore all day & night. a large double bed with mosquito net. staff cleaned & sprayed the room daily. just what we needed for relaxation holiday & wished we could have stayed longer!
    the food could be a little slow at dinner

    Very relaxed vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Asante sana, Aly! You were a rock star! The staff turns down the beds and spray the room for mosquitoes every night. Room cleaning services daily.
    The bathroom shower drain was blocked. The restaurant takes very long to prepare the food.

    Everything was great, had enough privacy not looking at other tourist the whole time. Nice place and nice feeling.
    The rubbish in front of the hotel that comes out of the sea(plastic) can be cleaned up daily.

    I wasn't careful enough and got charged for food from another. After some time I realized and informed the property. despite the promise to refund the funds, it did not happen. I do not recommend staying at this place. if you are already there, pay close attention to what they charge you.

    Beautiful hotel with great staff right on the beach.
    You can't beat this hotel for value. For a reasonable price, we had a beach bungalow located directly on the beach. The staff was very helpful, the restaurant was good and they had a very nice breakfast every morning.
    My only complaint is the shower. It took a long time to warm up and there wasn't enough water pressure. Totally worth the tradeoff though for the location of the room.
