    Memorable
    Friendly staff. Stayed happily with kid. They value the privacy of their guests. Cleanliness is their top priority. Maintained appropriate room temperature round the clock. Having clear view of the Matterhorn mountain from private balcony is really exceptional.
    Bath area in our room was bit small; thus need to adjust though out the stay.

    Do not understand the 3 star rating at all because this is an amazing resort in an amazing location. The view from our room was the Matterhorn which was spectacular to look at everyday. Breakfast was great too. More continental though. Enough to sustain us for morning activities. The staff was absolutely pleasant and polite. Very helpful and polite. Will definitely stay here again.
    There is no on-site restaurant so have to step out to eat.

    The room was great with all the facilities , the wooden work was so good, the size of the room was very good and had a terrace, breakfast was also good.
    The Recetion guy was very rude, the hotel was on the higher side, so you need to go by walk with efforts if you dont take taxi as its hilly area, from train station its almost 25 minutes walk.

    Great view.but, taking electric taxisto from the hotel wasnt great
    Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our room as well from the breakfast room
    Too far from the man area to town..especially in winter.a taxi to from restaurants a must.especially in winter.

    Good place to enjoy Matterhorn view.
    Location is good for access the Matterhorn express gondola. In a quiet part of village with stunning Mountain View!
    Noise in the room during night. Its likely from the heating in the storage. Could use a schedule to plan sauna use.

    Perfect stay :)
    We were staying for one night (not for the skiing) and there is absolutely nothing to complaint about. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, the view is great I guess (it was foggy :D), the town is small enough to go everywhere by walk and if you are here for the skiing, there is a bus exactly next to the hotel.
