    The Moxy initially captivated us with its contemporary and vibrant design, demonstrating considerable potential in the hospitality sector. The cost-to-value ratio was commendable, marking the establishment as an attractive choice for budget-conscious travelers.
    Regrettably, the hotels standards of upkeep have diminished, evidenced by notable carpet stains and subpar cleanliness in the bathroom facilities. The service efficiency experienced a downturn during our recent visit, with noticeable delays and a concerning incident at the bar involving a beverage mishap and an inappropriate expectation for gratuity.

    Great reception check in staff. 24hr facilities. Rooms clean and comfortable and great location pre/post cruise. Free drink on arrival.

    Ideal location for pre Cruise holiday
    Location was convenient for arrival by train and for reaching the Cruise Terminal next morning. The free cocktail on offer was a nice touch. Easy access to local restaurants and convenience stores (for cruise stock up items)

    Comfortable stay in a central location.
    A good location, within easy walking distance of the city centre. Very comfortable room and bed. Nice all-you-could-eat buffet breakfast included in the price. Friendly staff.
    My room was at the back of the hotel, so the view was not great. There is plenty of parking nearby, but it's not particularly cheap.

    Close to everything. Comfortable. Clean. Well laid out. Good security. Option of umbrellas for hire so extras laid on. Free cocktail was nice welcome, with change of ingredient allowed as unable to drink gin. Friendly helpful staff.
