The room and facilities were immaculate and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived in a rush to get to town for the Johnnie Walker tour and Rodica on reception offered assistance on bus times, location and stops, as well as checking us in and out swiftly. She was a star, as were the night duty staff and restaurant staff. We will definitely be back and would recommend this lovely hotel to others.

Room was lovely had issues with the lighting which Cameron sorted out for us quickly. Staff were friendly again Cameron and Pat stood out for us as they made sure we were ok.
Morning staff not so good. 1st morning had a great breakfast but then not as good for the last two days.The only criticism we would have for the room was it was far too hot at night made me uncomfortable and some traffic noise.

Great convenient place to stay.
The Murrayfield is a hotel I like to use, because of where its situated and the free parking. I can jump on a bus outside the hotel and be on princess street in 20 minutes. The rooms are of a high standard and well equipped.
The restaurant has that little homely feel about it, with good food.
The waste of the wash basin needs a good dose of caustic soda in it, as the water took ages to drain!!
