    Facilities in the room are not upto the mark. Rooms are old and need a lot of upkeep. Morning breakfast has very limited options

    Mainly the staff I don't remember there name but one guy from reception was very hospitable and helpless we really appreciate it and surely we will come back along with my family Thank you
    Everything was amazing only the food which we oder at night was quite cold maybe because of the weather apart from that all good.

    Vedy beautiful room.
    Super cold at night and then they tell you it's 500 Rs for a heater. Food was expensive and not good.

    I went Muscatel Himalayan Resort on 19.08.2023 and left on 21.08.2023 with my wife. I decided to go there at the last moment. It was a very nice staying, staffs were great!
    I missed the viewing from the room for rain..

    Awesome city, good travel desk, average hotel
    Darjeeling is a beautiful town. The photos of the property look great, however, the maintenance is not so great. Grossly understaffed. You have to walk a steep of 200 metres unless the vehicle agrees to go near the property. We requested to change the pillow covers. There is no breakfast on the property. There is no inhouse kitchen. Breakfast is packed and will be served after 8 am only , if you insist to be on time. Some of the staff are courteous, however, some are rude. On the last day, there are no staff to help with the luggage. So we have to carry from upper floors to lobby and then the steep steps to vehicle. They said , staff are on leave and sorry for the inconvenience. The travel desk Mr Sherpa is really good and effective in planning the tours

    A nice and enjoyable stay
    The breakfast was awesome and had variety on all days of our stay. Mr. Binod was very helpful and provided us with various options on breakfast. The rooms were spacious and quite. Overall the staffs were very friendly and helpful.
    The approaching road to the hotel was very steep. Not at all advisable for elderly to walk and reach the hotel. Further even new guests with luggage cannot reach the hotel with this steep road. The hotel should provide transportation to help move the luggage and also to assist elderly.
