Was wonderful hotel and amazing staff specially yasser help me alot in reception he help me in translation he was gentleman and all the staff in front office .

Reception checkin lady Stella was excellent.
Room was upgraded to suite, but the decoration looks tired and needs refreshing.
Breakfast was skipped. Poor presentation and no guidance from staff. No obvious egg choices and. No one to ask.
Skipped breakfast as a result.

It was so old. Towels were old. Stains on carpets in bedroom. Toilet was awful! So so old. Didnt seem clean. We ran away as soon as we woke up. Even the coffee machine was poor.
