Excellent location, beautiful apartment I really recommend it
Perfect location, nice private balcony with loads of sunshine, good beds, a home away from home. I really recommend to stay in this almost new building - which has a couple of buildings next to each other that are from the same rental company. It has the best access to the beach, city and is really close to a parking garage.
The entrance key code seemed logical though the instructions got lost a bit in translation. That is not too bad of course but my sister and me called and texted four numbers in the late evening for clarification and no one answered the phone. No one replied. We waited for half an hour with three tired children and finally got help from another guest.
Unfortunately the table was really sticky, it seemed like the vernis came of we tried everything to clean it, it remained sticky. Probably an easy fix.
What I would recommend not to keep are the posters in the elevators to ask for a 10 and nothing less, as a review - it is not needed I think and was a bit over the top. It gave us a weird feeling like we were obligated. We really liked it and from an 8 up I think one can be grateful
We really liked the location plus apartment and would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay!
The staff were really helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport. Everything was clean. I stayed over Christmas and there was always someone to help you if necessary.

The property was outstanding. Very clean, comfortable, spacious and perfect!
Not the propertys fault but as other reviews have mentioned a nightclub opposite, a tad loud but I still slept well.

Perfect location and super nice apartment
Perfect location, in the middle of everything. Really nice and spaceious apartment. everything is in walking distance. So many nice restaurants just behind corner. If willing to go eg. outlet village or shopping mall, then tram stop is also in 5min walk.
because apartment is so centrally located and windows are on walking street side, friday and saturday evening and night are a bit loud. Be cautious if you are sensitive and take ear plugs just in case.
