NH Alicante is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff is super nice and the whole place is newly renovated. The rooms are excellent and some even offer balcony views. The hotel is clean and (Read More) the staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and there is plenty of choice. The hotel also offers parking space and is in a good location. Overall, a lovely hotel with comfy rooms and great amenities.

Excellent hotel in every way
The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs being only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Our room was fabulous with everything that we needed and more, we even had a huge balcony which was slightly chilly for a December stay but an excellent extra option. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay and will definitely be visiting again.
Absolutely nothing, it was fantastic.

Nice staff, proper cleaning every day.
Restaurant opens for dinner only at 20:30, which is way too late.
Noisy rooms, busy road in front of the hotel.
Very basic and mediocre breakfast.
Sauna/jakuzzi closed.

Nice hotel but out of the way of main tourist areas
Large well appointed bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, nice toiletries and hairdryer. Lovely view of the castle, large windows. Minibar and free safe. Very nice staff.
Location is around 25 minutes walk or bus ride from main centre and historical area.
No kettle of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Expensive breakfast at 17 pp if paid day before of 20 pp on the day

Staff in the main were helpful and very willing.

Not a problem for us.
Great views of sunset
Although breakfast was good the Polish waitress was very very loud and not the best member of staff! She would liaise with guests of her choosing it seemed......
No real service provided at breakfast as help yourself buffet.
Worst bit was finding too late sour milk in jug when it really shouldn't have been put out.
And no large cups available for tea. Basic standards really.
Traffic very busy on roundabout outside hotel.

Breakfast is nice
It was surprise that all of the price of there is a bit of higher . It is a small place but expensive is same with city. This hotel location is far away for center and can not see the sea. and swimming poor is at top of floor without open since Sep. so when you book , need to double check .
