The view is simply the best. Its unique location and view make you sometimes feel like you are inside a cruise ship. The room isn't big, but it has everything you need, all the accessories and amenities of a 5-star hotel. The hair dryer is very potent! Moreover, I love that the fitness room has brand-new equipment and is open 24/10. Super friendly staff.
For a hotel of this standard, I believe breakfast should be way better. Omelets/Eggs weren't freshly made, they were placed in the buffet. I asked for any type of vegan milk to pour into my coffee and waited a long time for the server to explain that would not be possible because they had two "machines" that do that and both were broken (which is weird, because you can also warm up milk on the stovetop, right?).

Overall it is a wonderful experience for our two nights stay plus the on sight new year fireworks
Breakfast is marvelous and the room view is fantastic!
Sauna and Steam room could be open even longer not closed at 8 pm, and the steam room was closed during our stay.

One of the best experiences in terms of customer experience. Staff is extremely professional and very helpful
everything was just wonderful. meeting near the hotel, girls at the reception, service and food in the restaurant, room, everything is at the highest level. We liked everything very much. two restaurants. There is no problem having dinner on the ground floor without a reservation. but there is a Michelin restaurant on the top floor, you need to book a table a couple of days in advance.

Amazing!!!
The kindness of the staff especially Mr Daniel at check in. He was so welcoming from the time I came through the doors. The property was also so clean and beautiful and everyone was so willing to help. Breakfast was amazing too.
