I loved the kindness and incredible attention to customers was outstanding. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. The apartment itself was huge, offering utmost comfort. It was modernly furnished, featuring a beautiful, large bed and well-appointed bathrooms. Additionally, the residence boasted a lovely swimming pool which was a great asset. Overall, my experience was thoroughly enjoyable
The only criticism I have is regarding the restaurant. It was quite expensive compared to other nearby places, which offered better food at much lower prices.

If you looking for a perfect place to relax, this is the right place to go. Nice staffs .
The team - beginning with the guard at the gate, over the housekeeping personnel to the Concierge, restaurant and reception people are very kind, helpful and friendly. The massage service is very good.
The place is very clean.
Would definitely come back.
Keep up the good work and service.

Nice, well maintained private villa, expected more for the price paid, for example cleaning the pool daily early morning
The property is a private and safe secluded villa, very spacious with a well kept garden.
Some amenities I found were more about aesthetic than practical. For example, the half egg bathtub model which is not practical at all n uses large amount of water. Secondly, fumigation is crucial. we had flying insects all around the villa both Inside and outside at night

Pleasant well appointed accommodation but staff need some training in customer service
They have an onsite restaurant but charge everything in Euros we are south African and living in Mauritius so don't know whey the not charging rupees- very expensive A Toasted ham and Cheese sandwich is R172.00!
Upon check in the staff were very welcoming - we checked our chosen suite which had a lovely sea view and view of Coin de Mire ( in the distance) .
The units re very nice, clean and well-furnished.
After we unpacked we discovered there was an electrical issue in the suite so the Manager decided to move us to another unit which had absolutely no view. We had to pack up all our stuff again to move.
Even though the inside of the unit was identical the view was of a house opposite no sea view at all.
We specifically wanted some sea view .
I expressed this to the Manager and advised here that we understand that things happened but if they move us it should be equivalent or better not worse
The unit also only had 2 coffee cups for a 6 sleep unit. We asked 2ce for more coffee cups to be brought but these requests were ignore
