Good rooms and views but awful food and dirty. Not 5*

The rooms were a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The view was also very very nice. Staff were helpful and friendly

The food was some of the worst food Ive had at a hotel and in Thailand. The breakfast buffet hot food was always cold (I had to remind them to turn on the hot plates underneath all the hot food to keep it warm) The floors everywhere were dirty and dusty and looked like they havent been cleaned. The pool water was murky and looked so dirty . There was always drinks from the night before left out in the pool area and it was never cleaned up.

Will find an other hotel next time.

All staff were very friendly, although I asked for a refund after an initial cancellation which could not be granted. We stayed anyway. There is a `Merry-Me` engagement spot available in the hotel, although romantic at first, every day (we stayed 3) a couple was getting engaged. A little too commercial, as this turned out just to be an other sales point of the hotel. The swimming pool is nice with a beautiful view.

The rooms were inconveniently far up the hill, far away from the main lobby and pool area. My mother, 75yrs old, needed to get up the stairs without lift available. The rooms were smelly of mold, and overall not very clean. A renovation is urgently needed for the price currently asked.

Breakfast was great, but it is in a same building as check-in so its a bit of a walk, especially if you live on a hill

Great sea view from room and lobby Polite staff Comfortable decorated room Staff are available most of the time to drive us from lobby to our building. Price is reasonable

Shower not strong enough. Can try to change the shower head that can adjust the strength. Wifi at room not stable The last shuttle from Kamala beach leave too early at 5:40pm.
