Mostly great!

Lovely hotel. Had a really classy vibe to it. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Bedroom was clean and made up during the day. Loads of little details such as a toothbrush and vanity kit, come in handy for back Packers travelling light. Gym was lovely as was the pool area.

The free bicycle hire for guests, you have to sign a waiver regarding damage, loss, injury etc. Which is fair enough but the bikes are not maintained, I am tall and there was no tools on hand for making the saddle higher or adjusting anything. The brakes were dangerously loose so I would just recommend testing the bikes before you go out of the hotel area. The hotel could invest in having the bikes maintained regularly even the smallest thing like checking the saddle isn't loose or the brakes are working! But other than that its a great facility. Location of the hotel is fine if you're staying to use the marina but that marina doesn't serve most everyday boat trips and a lot of the 'Getyourguide' trips don't pick up from there as it's too far out from Phuket. There isn't as much going on around the marina as you'd expect of an evening, it's more businesses, which again is fine for certain clientele. I also didn't expect to be charged for the items in the room minibar in a hotel resort such as this but it wasn't extortionate.

Very good

No. 1 is that they are considerate. I told them about my concern with the first room and they helped me shift to a better room. No. 2 is that the staff are very helpful, approachable and nice. I will truly miss Aom from the Front desk and the Breakfast buffet team especially the reception. No. 3 is that the rooms in the main building are quiet and huge. The amenities are complete with kettle, fridge, balcony. Plus they always clean the room. No. 4 is that there are restaurants inside and around the resort. There is a shuttle that will bring you to the place inside that you want to go to. There is also bicycle available for use. No. 5 is the easy check in and check out.

No. 1 is the first room i was provided coz that was far from the main hotel plus the car noises are so loud. No. 2 is the choices for breakfast. They are so limited and bland. They dont taste sometimes. No. 3 is the room service. Not sure if it is just me but the food i have ordered tasted bland. No. 4 is the lack of activities for the guests. No. 5 is that I can see so much potential of the resorts. With the right people to manage the team and the resort, I believe it can generate more revenues and garner bigger market. No. 6 is the bed. So hard. Lol

All in all nice hotel, very kind staff, rooms ok, but also depends on what u book. a very big place with multiple complexes so be sure to check in which building ur booking (my recommendation would be the central with view of the pool). Its located at a boat marina, has really no access to any beaches or generally anything outside of the marinahas a lot of content though within this massive complex including several bars and restaurants and even a Soho houseits a nice place to serve a purpose if u have something to do around (there a number of agencies in the marina that offer wake surfing, freediving, fishing trips etc) but definitely not an island vibe resort.

Superb

Its truly a home away from home.

They upgraded us to a bigger room with a much nicer view. That was really considerate of them, as we didnt expect it at all. It became like a home since we stayed there for almost 2 weeks. The balcony view of the marina was incredible as the sun sets directly in front of us between the mountains beyond. I also liked that I got to hang out at the cafe as it had a/c.

The room we were staying at was pretty far from the main resort, so we had to walk to the main building everyday for breakfast. We just looked at the bright side, it was exercise for us. Also, their free shuttle is very accessible so it made up for it. The surrounding restaurants might be a little more expensive. But theres also foodpanda that can deliver to our building so we just did that on our last few days (the phuket main town is pretty far, like 20-30 minute drive, so its not always that we got to just go into town to eat local food).

Good Hotel For A Dive Training Course

Refurbished room overlooking pool.

1. This property sub-contracts more than half of the pool area to a local dive training school which results in the "Lets relax at the pool" experience being non-existent. This fact was recognized by the hotel in two letters to the inhouse guests. From a paying guest perspective this "Training school" operation should have been advised at time of booking or prior to arrival....BOOKING.COM TAKE NOTE! 2. Excessive noise from the Dive School Party Night. 3. Beds provided within the room are designed for long life ie: Rock hard! 4. Lack of breakfast items on a daily basis.

This NH Hotel Is Actually Managed By Minor Hotels Asia!

1. Allocated R943 which is located 440 metres from the main "Refurbished" hotel block. 2. No in room safe? 3. This room had not been refurbished hence the poor state. Suggest the NH Manger tries sleeping for one night in this room...ricky beeds.....lumpy pillows and an aircon system that blows directly from the ceiling onto the bedding area? 4. Breakfast was extremely poor with lots of empty food trays compounded by a staff that couldn't' manage a good morning or a smile? 5. Whilst at breakfast our room was clean and housekeeping left us "ONE" hand towel and "ONE" Bath towel for two paying guests? 6. Property offers a free shuttle to a nearby mall, no issues on the outbound journey, however shuttle never rtn for the agreed 4pm pick up time.
