    Rooms are very old and need renovation. Bed linen and towels were worn out. The bed sheet had a 4x4cm hole in it and 2 stains. Not a great look on the Novotel brand.

    Great place for a one night stay in Phuket town.
    Lovely big comfortable rooms. Comfy bed. Great views over the city. Great reception staff, especially Marten from Corsica who recommended eating at the nearby food market. We were charmed by Phuket town.

    Super clean rooms Friendly staff and very helpful Even after we checked out they agree to hold our luggage for us and gave us some towels as well to enjoy our time in the islands until we came back from our sea trip at 6pm Thats the extra mile Special thanks the the front desk staff and all the workers for making our trip more than marvelous

    Everything you expect from a Novotel.
    Good facilities Hot shower Great views Great swimming pool and yoga facilities Great rooftop bar Great happy hour Great breakfast Next to the food market - fantastic Really helpful staff with a professional level of spoken English.
    The location of the old town was chosen so that I could get to the sea port easily and this was great. Other than that, I didnt like the location of the hotel as I didnt do out in the evening being a solo traveller.
