The reception representative, Carolina, made our stay magical by being extremely helpful and professional. The staff in general were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a quiet location near (Read More)public transportation options. The rooftop has a small swimming pool and a nice restaurant with lovely views. The rooms are large and comfortable. The brunch options are great and the service was excellent. Nearby activities include a rooftop yoga event.

Disappointing
Too cold in Dec and it made me sick and made me have fever.
The service in breakfast restaurant is very good, the employees both a female and a male are both nice and kind and really warmly helping. The location is very convenient being 2mins to the subway and on the Liberdade.
1. The room when I checked in is not fully cleaned.
2. The room has no heating and super cold. It turns out I got sick after staying this freezing room for a few nights. I asked a blanket but it is still too cold.
3. Breakfast coffee is horrible.

Hi, I want to specially recommend the receptionist- Carolina.
She made our stay magical.
There was an issue with our room on the first day and Carolina helped us to fix the problem, change the room and did a lot more.
She asked us everyday if we are ok and if we need something.
What a service!!!
Well done Carolina, we will surely come again !

Great property but far to expensive with add ons.
Location, facilities cleanliness
The ridiculous price of the breakfast let this otherwise nice experience down. 50 eur for coffee and toast which is all we wanted is insane. Also parking is equally ridiculous.

I found the staff to be very helpful and attentive when requesting extra Kleenex or washcloths etc
When we first entered the room there was a strong perfume smell as well as a musty smell. It took a little over a day to clear most of this up. Still a bit damp inside if we didnt have the air and fan on at a higher speed than we needed.

Nice hotel - Pool a little small and a little cold, but lovely staff. Room was fine - had requested a twin, as travelling with friends, but only a king available - the bed was big enough, so no real issues, just expectations were a little different. Breakfast was lovely. Location was very central and easy to access

Almost met my expectations of the NH brand.
Breakfast choices were wide and included local dishes.
I was disappointed with the condition of the shower stall. There were spots where mold was clearly present.
There was a difference in the price of Breakfast reflected in your website 46/person/night vs the actual charges of 25/person/night.
