    Modern decoration, it was pleasant Room facilities.
    The breakfast on Sundays and on holidays is supposed to be until 12 o clock. However both days before 10 o clock, more than 2 hours before 12 several products were missing. It was very unpleasant keep asking employees to bring from the kitchen food that was missing. First day I was lucky the head of the staff was very helpful and immediately she responded. But still some products run out. Second day was disaster. Several products run out before 10 o clock. On New Years Day. This is disrespect to clients. There is no excuse. This is not a serious and professional attitude. I understand products to run out half hour before end of breakfast but no excuse to run out 2 hours before end. I am sorry but this is the true and I hope the hotel to consider it and change attitude and be improved.

    1) When we express concern about lugging our luggage across few bridges to the nearby bullet train station,, front desk staff,.Georginia offered to bring in porters and it solve our problem 2) clean and new hotel

    Great location, modern decoration, new construction style , friendly staff, clean room & easy to fall asleep after one day sightseeing! Room temperature is very comfy! Nice!
    Cannot connect free WiFi inside the guest room even they supply it free of charge
