Friendly and supportive staff. We liked the home like food that was served. We had even packed some food for lunch so that we do not have to eat something very oily and spicy outside. Room service was also quick. If something might get delayed, we were informed about it. A very nice place to stay!
The bathroom was a bit smelly. The staff sprayed some disinfectant which did not remove the smell completely.

We came to Guwahati for first time for 6 days visit. With lot of unknowns we were nervous specially on place of stay. Fortunate we chose Nirvana. Undoubtedly you can not get better than this to get feel of stay of home and home cook food. Must say Manager Gulzar ji is a great person and highly supportive. Gulzar ji goes to every extent to make stay comfortable.
Thoroughly enjoyed stay and will be coming back next year. Thanks Nirvana for giving us great memories.

Located in a calm and peaceful locality. Service and food are excellent. The walls are decorated with traditional artefacts and literature depicting the culture of Assam and other NE states. The owner has profound taste in collection of artefacts and literature.
The staff were very honest, friendly and helpful. When I were waiting for my driver after checking out, one of the staff return my plug which I left behind.
