    Niwasa House in Nuwara Eliya was a fantastic stay for four nights. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great tips about the area. The room was spacious, a rare find in this city. The location was spot onclose to the main bus station and right in the heart of Nuwara Eliya. The host's guidance on local attractions was invaluable. Overall, a top-notch experience. Highly recommend Niwasa House for a comfortable and convenient stay in Nuwara Eliya.

    Location is great as its only a short walk into Nuwara Eliya. Host was helpful with letting us know how to get there.
    The room was really dirty- mould up the walls and lots of flies in the room. The carpet was patchy and didn't cover the whole floor. The bedsheets smelt damp and dirty, and the bed & pillows were rock hard. It got really cold overnight, and we only had thin blankets to cover ourselves with.

    Localisation, a lot of shops and restaurant. Near to the local market and main attractions in the town
    The room didn't look like in the pictures. The walls were dirty, there were spiders in the corners, the room in general was dirty, even the carpet was missing in some places.
