Everything - this is a nobu in name only. They didnt even give you a bottle of water at bedside and there was no turn down service. Staff were incredibly rude and for the money I would stay at any other vegas hotel than here

Bad
Horrible experience with the smartly, snidely, rude staff. Zero for customer service.
Bathroom was the best part of the room, but that's not saying much.
Front desk staff was absolutely the worst. At arrival, it took more than an hour to get our luggage, but that was not the real issue. The front desk seemed geared to over charge and then expect you to really dig into details and make sure they had charged things correctly:
a) at check out charged for drinks from the mini bar that we absolutely did not have
b) they include 2 devices for wifi. At check out they had charged us for 2, but we only used what was allotted. When we confronted the front desk staff and specifically Daniel (assuming that is his real name, since they did not have name tags), he snidely noted to his other colleague that we used 4 devices, but he would take the charge off anyway. When I reviewed with my troop in both rooms, they indicated that we had used 2 devices, out of the 4 allowed (2 per room). I thanked the clerk for taking the charges off, but noted that we had not used the allowed number of devices. Daniel's insistence that we were in the wrong (even though he took the charges off) was absolutely unacceptable, since he basically called my guests liars. This shows poor systems at Nobu (not able to discern correct vs. erroneous charges) and poor training of their front desk staff.

Good
Great location, nice hotel but expensive compared to whats on offer elsewhere
Great location
I am surprised that a hotel of this reputation and cost limits the number of connections to wifi and does not provide free drinking water in the room.

Exceptional
One of the best stays weve ever had.
Exceeded our expectations, we were upgraded to the Sake suite and as we were there celebrating a birthday- it was the perfect way to start our trip. We were impressed with everything about the suite. Anthony- who was at the front desk- was exceptional.
