Great staff, clean and spacious rooms, amazing rooftop area with a pool and bar. The weather was not warm enough for the pool but enjoying a beer on the rooftop was great. Bar downstairs also very cozy and comfortable

Great ambiance, loved the roof top bar!
Hotel and amenities were beautiful.Loved the rooftop pool and ambiance. The DJ there was amazing! plenty of lounge space & great bartender. I exercised in the small gym they had and loved it.
Some of the staff I encountered were unpleasant, and vibe was kind of pretentious.

The hotel tried to accommodate us but would not give me a credit because we booked 3rd party. They offered vouchers for
Pretty lobby bar and rooftop.
I asked to have my room cleaned everyday and they didnt show up. When they did clean did not do a good job. There was a lizard like animal in the toilet that was horrifing

stayed 2 nights and no clean towels or housekeeping of any kind was given. The same dirty bag filled with garbage sat on top of the garbage pail by the elevators on the 3rd floor.

Decently comfortable stay, but not the experience you expect form a four star hotel.
The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The macarons presented at check-in were a nice touch.
The hotel said they would do housekeeping every 2 nights and change linens/sheets every 4 nights (which is fine, we don't need service everyday). However, they only came once during the entire stay (after the second night). After the fourth night, when I noticed that housekeeping had not come to our room (forget receiving fresh sheets), I let the front desk know that we didn't receive service that day, and that we don't need housekeeping but just some fresh towels and new water bottles. This was at 6pm. When I returned to the hotel near midnight, we had neither fresh towels nor water bottles, and I had to call them again. For a four star hotel, we had much higher expectations of service.
