swimming pool only and one housekeeping staff

Good hotel

The property is nice for family, also free parking was really big bonus for us, the front desk staff were very helpful and cooperative especially Hritika, she was really nice and helpful

The room service is not up to the level, sometimes they answer your requests and most of the time never answer their phone, so dont rely on them, and the management should consider enhancing this department, however, overall is fine

Unorganised Hotel management

Checkin staff were very friendly but they could not help much

Book it family room with a sofa bed, but was given only a double bed instead, the room that I booked was not available and sold out, spoke to the manager up to midnight who offered me breakfast or dinner but I rejected and I said I needed the room that I booked and I paid for it even extra bed was not available to sleep on, had no choice and slept on the floor for two nights

The hotel standards are a bit compromised from the last time I stayed there. I rebooted expecting the same but the stand

It's Ina quiet place, free from the busyness of the city. The breakfast was good.

The staff were not friendly and not welcoming. The room remote control was taped and not working properly. The rooms were a bit outdated. There was chaos at the breakfast during specific times. Cups and spoons would come back late.
