Disappointing

I am very disappointed of this property.

Linens were crumpled and stained. Felt cheated staying there. Had high expectations from a brand like Novotel. That's why we dont think twice before booking.

A great place to stay. Have stayed in Novotel Geneva and would rank this on par with such properties

Breakfast spread was great. The staff, especially Neha & Sashwathi looked after us very well. They were both very helpful, friendly and courteous. Such employees are an asset to any organisation.

Mostly everything: food, coffee maker in the room and their assistance in providing mostly all the small things that one can borrow.

The reception seems to be busy most of the time but they do their best and it's very far from the airport.

The location served my purpose and I like the feel of the property as well. Will stay again,

I was travelling for medical purposes and the close proximity of the property to some main hospitals and clinics was a major plus point. There are shopping complexes and eateries at walkable distance as well.

No major complaints. The kettle in our room was not functioning properly. Would request management to check all appliances in the rooms and ensure that they are in working condition.
