Spacious rooms, but location is a bit far

The room was huge, and the view of the hills was beautiful. Breakfast and dinner buffet were with good variety, although not the best Ive seen. Debraj from the restaurants was super helpful both when I ate in Umami and when I ate in the main restaurant.

The location is a problem, as it is at the far end of the city. If you dont come with a car, youll spend much time on waiting for Uber or taxi. Only bath and not walk in shower which was quite high to enter.

Disappointed . mini bar is empty i have to order it .. moreover there is no bell boy to carry my luggage i have to tell them please carry it .. no one is friendly i didnt expect from a 5 star hotel .. atleast they should treat their guest fairly

Beautiful Stay in Suite Rooms with Great Food !

The staff at reception and two ladies who prepared our room for arrival and made all the decorations were really wonderful. Food buffet is really grand and tasty !

Room service is really sluggish I struggled for 1.5 hours to get extra blanket in night from 11 pm to 12:30 am. Intercom was not working.

Good value for money. A nice short stay.

The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is centrally located. The room are spacious and clean. Overall a good experience. We think this is the best hotel in town.
