We had a 1 night stay during NYE, we did run into a hiccup where the aircon in the suite wasn't working when we arrived, which as much as that was unfortunate, the (manager?) we dealt with about the issue was lovely, went above and beyond to accommodate and seek a solution to the issue. We do appreciate the hospitality from this person in particular for doing everything she could to fix a big issue on the busiest night of the year. By the time we strolled back in to the hotel room later that night we had a beautifully cold room and a dessert platter waiting for us, and a part refund back into our bank account.

If I had to pick it was that we had a disability room, space was great however, didn't feel comfortable with all the hand rails around etc. But that's a minor fault.

Lifts - lots of them, came quickly, fast to chosen floor.

Great stay
Complimentary Room upgrade and anniversary cake were the best thing we loved. Overall the stay was great along with nice and tidy room and the outdoor swimming pool.
Breakfast could have been better, I would suggest adding waffles in the menu and some more savoury dishes.

Staff where excellent, happy to help and have a laugh. Gym is great , buffet breakfast fantastic.
The pool area needed a clean up and the water was very cloudy, tiles around the edge really need a clean.

Modern and clean. Perfect location.
Foyer was modern, staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and modern. Pool area was lovely although the water was a little cloudy and the area needed a bit of a more thorough clean. It was busy though on NYE.
