Could do with more shade around the pool area and location wise youre a bit in the middle of nowhere -1km walk to city/train or stadium.

Loved our time in the Hyatt, thank you for everything
The staff in the hotel were so pleasant and welcoming from the outset, the door men, reception staff, pool staff and house cleaning! The hotel and rooms were so clean and the hotel had a lovely Christmas touch to it with the decorations. About 30 min walk into main shopping area etc. Really happy with our hotel choice for our stay in Perth

Returning back after midnight, you didn't need your card to swipe in. Felt very unsafe.
No complimentary water - $5 for a small water is ridiculous.

Property was ok . Food in the cafe on New Years Eve was terrible no drinks on the house for new years also no effort was made . service was terrible. Wont be going there again .
Room was ok. Fire alarm was going off during the night not nice . Had to pay for bottled water

Used regency lounge, excellent but was miss informed that it is open until 8 and missed teh first night , was deducted from the price.
