Good facilities and location.

A staff member charging me for the room again and then when pointed out does not apologise. Im still waiting for the money to be reimbursed. Apart from this staff member the rest of the staff were very welcoming.

Great location, close to the airport. We booked for a stay over to catch an early morning flight. If you want to eat out, theres many options in walking distance. Free parking with easy access. Offers free airport shuttle service.

Well worth the night's stay and location, amenities and service was great. Don't change.

We couldn't fault the hotel. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was great. The drink and food prices were reasonable especially being new years eve. The location was great as it was close to the city, casino, other restaurants and the bus stand was right outside the door.

To answer this question, I would feel I'm being really picky. Maybe 1 thing, umbrellas near the pool would be a bonus. We managed, as there was shade to move the chairs too but may have been a bit squishy. Overall satisfaction great.
