Lovely city break

Excellent service and location All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The rooftop bar is over priced for the food and drinks. Not good value. The pool was nice but very small and overcrowded.

Location was perfect! It had a wonderful rooftop bar! Situated in a beautiful part of Perth! Amazing views! Comfortable bed with lovely soft sheets! Trung was the most lovely breakfast host and food was lovely! We will definitely return as it ticked all the boxes!

It served a purpose of us staying in the city

The location was great and whilst i wasnt wowed by the hotel and it certainly was not what I expected from a Hilton hotel, it served a purpose of ours staying in the City.

Check in. We attempted to check in before the 1500 time which we knew was not guaranteed. We were told to expect a call when ready. Unfortunately even at 1500(check in time), no calls were received which led us to coming back to the desk and being told it was now ready. We left our bag at the hotel when we first tried to check in and was told it would be taken to the room once ready. On getting to the 14th floor after check in, I realised our bag was not in the room; I then had to go back down to reception.

Doubletree, I shall return!

A great location with great views. The place is so stylish and looks very new. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of dishes. The rooftop bar had the best city and river views and a tasty menu selection if you wanted something light or more filling to accompany your drinks. The staff were friendly and professional throughout.

There was nothing I did not like. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Perth.

Would of been good if staff were more friendly and had better customer service, mainly in the bar areas.

The room was clean and spacious, there was a good selection at breakfast. The view and location were excellent

The roof top bar had run out of lots of items and the staff werent apologetic about it or found it too hard to change a barrel for beer ( that is part or working in a bar), also the beer/larger selection poor for the type of venue it is. the guy at the pool bar was also rude as we were given a drinks voucher to use and he just said what do you want again everything seemed like it was too much trouble no smiles ! Know it is a busy time of year but smiles and a polite manner goes a long way. Chloe at reception was helpful as our room was late being checked over before we could check in.
