I recently had the pleasure of staying at O Hotel Candolim with my family, and I must say it exceeded our expectations in many ways. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
Praveen at the Reception desk deserves a special mention for providing us with an early check-in at 8 am, which is a rarity in the world of hotels. This gesture allowed us to start our vacation on a fantastic note. The hotel's prime location right on the beach was a big plus, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful way to kick off our mornings.
Throughout our 3-day stay, the housekeeping team, led by Azhar, did an outstanding job. They went the extra mile to ensure our room was impeccably clean, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
While O Hotel Candolim might not fit the exact mold of a premium 5-star hotel, it certainly has everything needed to create lasting memories. The staff's dedication and attention to detail, along with the beautiful location, make it a wonderful place to stay.
Another standout moment of our stay was when Omkar at Reception offered us a late check-out until 3 pm, allowing us to make the most of our time there.
I must admit that I had reservations about our stay due to some negative reviews I had read earlier. However, I can confidently say that all those concerns seem to have been addressed, as we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at O Hotel Candolim, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
