Beautiful views, amazing staff and exceptionally clean!
The stay was AMAZING! It was my hubbys 30th birthday and they helped me with balloons and rose petals to decorate when we arrived. The communication was great! The hotel was stunning and they even surprised him with a little cake and candles. The room was very clean and the view was lovely as I chose a sea front room. The bed was very comfortable too!
I wish they supplied more free water. We had two small bottles and once it finished we had to buy our own from the vending machine. The breakfast wasnt GREAT! Especially as Im quite picky.

I Will definitely come back and stay, as well recommended.
Breakfast was amazing, very well executed with much variety and fresh. Very much worth the price.
Everyone from staff was very helpful, and professional.
There were some upgrades getting done externally in the property so there was a bit of debris.
I would recommend big trash cans. There were none in any corridor and or any locations.
Rooms heating unit was not working properly.
Other guest smoking in rooms, which filtered to my room in two consecutive nights.

A very business like hotel , ok for a night's stay at best!
Very close to the beach at the very end of it so requires a lot of walk to actually be at the heart of all activities on the beach
Too much consturction around and hotel is largely like a business hotel. I was expecting that the pool operates even in November with temperature control but they had shut the entire pool area. That was a bummer!

The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was large and had a nice sized tub that came in handy since this was the end of our trip. the bed was very comfortable and outlets were spread across the room that came in handy. We went in November so although we didn't utilize the beach, it was a nice view and close enough to go for walks along the beach in the evening. There was also a market very close to the hotel which we picked up some snacks and bottles of wine to enjoy in the room.
The only thing I didn't like was how far it was away from the city center, but we knew that when we booked our accommodations. We stayed in the city center at the beginning of the trip and my brother wanted the beach at the end of the trip since he lives in a place that is land locked with no ocean. But, the train is only a few blocks away and doesn't take long to get to the city center.

9 instead of 27m2 - pictures are fake as is the description. Beware!
The staff was friendly and the cleaning lady also friendly and doing her job. The room (10th floor corner) was quiet. The location is not too far from the beach - but just at a big street.
I booked a 27 m2 room and got a (max) 9m2 room. You basically had no space at all. The room had a small window (not the huge windows displayed in the description of the room). The heating did not work at all. It was horribly cold. The water took ages to heat-up. The hotel currently undergoes renovation and looks really rotten from the outside.
The location looked much nicer - actually it is at a big street. I really felt cheated.

Good quality/price rating during Gartner Symposium. Well located, close to the Diagonal conference center. Nice breakfast, nice personal. Equipment efficient.

Should have been mentioned restructuring was ongoing during this time. Also cleaners start on rooms to early in the morning crashing around and disturbing those that arent early birds.
