Balcony very hot, not much shade, room not on beach but 6th floor, 25min walk to Patong beach complimentary shuttle bus but usually have to wait for it to run. Tiny fridge with no freezer.

the hotel is way from Patong busy area. Nearest 7-11 or massage shop might need to walk ~15mins++
It's is ocean front, not beach front. However, you can access the seaside which with rocks just nicely opposite the hotel.

It was very comfortable- a little complicated to get to the room but once you get the hang of it, it was ok.

Good hotel, we enjoyed our stay.
Rooms are very good - spacious, large bed, comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
Getting in and out of town was a bit messy. Not the hotels fault. Traffic in the evenings meant it could be slow and condition of footpath meant it wasnt safe to walk. You also have to travel to get to a beach. Name of hotel could mislead people into thinking beach was close by.

Functional but not a five star hotel. Bad hotel, excellent prison.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and clean. The private balcony was good. Breakfast was okay.
Staff were slow and lazy. Resort overall/public spaces were untidy and not cleaned. No music at the pool meant competing groups played music out of their own speakers - made it unpleasant.

Not sure if I would stay here again given my experience.
Only had breakfast once in the hotel. Generally okay.
The service and staff were not trained and didn't know the rules of the main pool area. Guests were reserving the general pool area by placing their towels on lounges at 7am and returning to the pool at 11:30am. I raised this issue with the Hotel Manager who was reluctant to address this issue with the repeat offenders. On another day I waited 70 minutes for lunch, when I followed up one of the three staff members told me I needed to wait another 10 minutes. The restaurant had three groups/guests, with two chefs and three waiters, unacceptable service for the price of this hotel.
