Not worth it
Location was good for the reason we were traveling. Within walking distance for everywhere we were going.
For a "luxury" hotel, the Omni was not very luxurious. The room was no different than an economy hotel. I've slept better in a Days Inn. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, pillows were so soft as if they had not been changed in ten years, and the size of the room was small for a "luxury" hotel. The valet was kind of rude. I asked where I should park to check in, he told me he had to park me first before I could check in. I didn't want to use the valet as I never do but, it is not an option at this hotel. You can park down the street but that seemed senseless seeing I was staying there. The desk clerk at check in acted like she didn't want to be there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I'll never stay at the Omni again! Definitely not worth the price!!
I have traveled extensively for business and pleasure across the US and Europe. This hotel is in my bottom 5 hotels. You definitely do not get what you pay for.

The place was wonderful. Smack dab in the middle of the city life.
Pool was closed. The mall area was closed on the weekend missed out on alot of that.

Beautiful !
Soon as we walked in the room, my husband said he like this hotel :) . It was awesome the grandkids loved it and the view the Christmas Tree lighting . They Loved it . The room was very nice everything the staff to the Velet . We will book here again. This was our first time here and we loved it.

Location and staff, they were absolutely wonderful! The receptionist, valet staff, bartender, everyone was very friendly.

OMNI, BEST HOTEL IN CHARLOTTE
The location was excellent. Loved the location, close proximity to restaurants, football and baseball stadium. The front desk staffers and bar/food service staffers were very professional and accommodating! The Omni Charlotte Hotel is attached to the Mall and there is a Walgreens and Starbucks conveniently located to the Omni!!
I ordered room service on my 2nd night and the food was over cooked. One of the valet staffers was rude and displayed poor customer service to my family who were arriving a day after I arrived to attend the ACC Championship game.
