    amazing, the room is big, the bed is very comfortable, it was very clean, the staff were nice, the breakfast food tasted great and had lots of variations, great location near the Atocha Station, great amenities such as kettle, hair dryer, safe deposit box, and even a hair straightener

    All staffs are very friendly. Great location. Room has good space .
    Its not big problem but room cleaning not really tidy up and not really clean up that I thought. Dust and hair were falling every time.

    It felt like I entered a horror movie when I go to the corridor to the room, the main area was messy but looked great
    The room felt like a prison, when asking for a bar area they sent me to a place with 3 bars, I found a better one on my own. The area was far away from everything

    Great Place For Solo Travellers in Madrid
    Fantastic breakfast buffet, on demand omelette was delicious. Comfortable bed and room. Clean. Welcome detail. Close to train, galleries and retiro park and easy to walk to Puerta del Sol etc. Staff helpful and kind. The gym facilities looked great and the bakery was good.
    I was in a Jr Suite street facing on level 4 and the traffic was noisy which made it hard to have a good sleep. I'd choose an interior room next time. The entrance to the hotel is very busy with a restaurant and bakery full of people. If you like more calm environments, it does lack privacy and quiet.

    STAFF WAS PERFECT NICE AND KIND - ROOMS WERE NICE AND CLEAN AND AMENITIES WERE APPRECIATED - BAR WAS SUPER - BREAKFAST EXCELLENT AND VIEW INCREDIBLE
    THE TV WAS NOT WORKING AND FRENCH TV WERE NOT AVAILABLE - WE WANTED TO HAVE A DRINK AT THE TERRACCE AND IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE AT SOME TIME
