We liked the location. Room was good.

The food quality at breakfast has gone down; every Xmas we go to this hotel and we realised this this time. Too crowded and busy this year.

Excellent comfortable hotel

Excellent facilities very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Walking distance from Parque del Retiro and outside the over whelming hustle and bisele of the city centre. Lovely modern decor. Room large and comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Location and room ok. Wish they would put out amenities like slippers, shower caps, dental kits and the coffee making facilities and kettle in the room rather than making us having to call and ask for it as the housekeeping given, no one picks up and we need call front desk ......

Excellent hotel. We liked it so much, we came back a second time!

Extensive breakfast. Clean rooms. Safe parking. Close to Retiro Park, but not in the crazy middle of the city.

The parking garage is very difficult to get in and out of.
