Received a warm welcome and a glass of prosecco when checking in and overall the staff was really hospitable. I loved the breakfast - really nice buffet selection and they would also cook up eggs for you any way you'd like. Room was comfy, and having a bathtub to relax in after walking around the city was great.
Small details really - like some areas of the bathroom floor could have been cleaner, and the rooftop bar was smaller than expected. But overall a very good stay.

The location is excellent, the beds very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly & helpful.
The breakfast & lunch at Lola were disappointing & the bathroom flooded when emptying the bath whilst taking a shower.

Perfect Winter Sun Break
Perfect location near the seafront and the main shopping area. Many of the major attractions are within walking distance. Room was comfortable with a kettle and Nespresso machine. Can recommend the Wagyu beef burgers from room service. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would especially commend Julia, from customer services, who rearranged our Alhambra trip after the first company let us down. We loved our relaxing break in the winter sunshine.
Could be a bit noisy as it is close to a plaza. And the Carmen Bar Restaurant can get busy, so you may have to book. Malaga is a big city with lots of traffic.

There really wasnt anything we didnt like but a recommendation for UK guests would be at least one english channel to watch films or something other than news which was all that was available to us

Excellent location to see the best that Malaga has to offer.
Three days in Malaga city at a great hotel located right at the heart of the Malaga Christmas festivities. Superb views from 7th floor restaurant to see the Christmas lights and the harbour. Excellent and well informed staff at reception and front of house. We will be back!
Nothing - pool closed for refurb but that did not matter.
