    Nice hotel, nice location, full hotel neat and clean, Room was comfortable. Bed was neat and clean. the staff was very nice. Good hospitality.

    The waiting time is too much even after booking online. The protocols are strict and those should be put on the website for the customer to understand prior booking. It puts a sorry figure in the end for the customer.

    The room was in filthy condition, bed sheets were so dirty that you cant even sit on them forget about sleeping. And the cleanliness was at its worst , there were insects everywhere. Overall the worst experience I have had ever .
