Only 1 outlet worked, shower clogged, rude front desk guy. Front desk girl was great though.

Our room wasn't as nice as what was advertise but it was one of the cheaper rooms.

Not a great service

Location between Grand Canal and music colleges. Close to St Marks Square and access to water ways to get around islands

False representation of facilities. Not being informed of patrons unable to use bar and dining area. Being placed in a cupboard sized room on the third floor. Being treated like a second rate citizen with reception colleagues agreeing with poor service given. Supposed to be 5 star Palace this is More like a poor excuse for a grotty back street motel. If your not a French American wannabee aristocrat or a failed Catherine Cookson actor, you will not be welcome.

Wonderful, atmospheric place.

Wonderful, atmospheric hotel. We had the most fabulous Christmas here. Staff very friendly and accommodating too.

The bathroom was quite run-down and the hot water was a little tepid, but it didnt bother us too much.

Well located, comfortable and spacious apartment!

Our apartment was really roomy up in the attic and it had a great window that you could watch the goings on in the canal. The beds were comfy and it was great having a couch and table and chairs. Its also really well located for the vaparetto and all the main sites.

The toilet was a little smelly and the toilet had an annoying high pitched sound. Also the apartment is at the top of a lot of stairs but we didnt mind that so much.

It was top 3 best hotels I've experienced

The beds were amazing, soft but firm. The architecture and art were unbelievable. It overall a great experience and the staff was very attentive.
