    It's our new favorite place for a cheap and cheerful getaway to Seattle. The hotel is literally a block from Pike Place and 3 blocks from Westlake Centre. The room was exceptionally comfortable with good linens, bed and shower. We will definitely stay here again.
    Parking was a real problem. The hotel has a deal with local garage. The only way to access it is to prepay via an app but the app won't accept Canadian phones or phone numbers. So the hotel offered it's iPad. I spent an hour trying to add credit card details and it kept rejecting the expiration date which reset all the fields repeatedly. I drive to seattle in 2 hours. Checked in in 5 minutes but over an hour trying to park. In the end, I went to the lot but had to pay a higher rate and didn't get any in and out privilidges. That was very frustrating. But the hotel is very good.

    Great location, value and wonderful clean rooms. We stayed in the deluxe Queen corner room with 5 large windows, rm#316, a great view of downtown and Pike Place market!

    The manager was horrible. This hotel couldn't figure out payment and then went on to double charge us. When I called to try to get it sorted like a normal person the manager refused to help saying it was the credit card company fault. Beware if you want to pay in any form other then how you book this company will screw you. And even still watch your statements. I've traveled the world and never have I run into such incompetence and unprofessional behavior from a manager. Very disappointed will never be staying here again.

    Lovely little boutique hotel. Room was on the smaller side but we were only there for 2 nights. Great location and lovely restuarant attached.

    Cute nice theme place, perfect for our anniversary trip. Great location in the center of everything.
    Price was good for location and experience. Friendly staff. Felt safe and clean. Loved the theme.
    Slow elevator, thought it might get stuck. Flashing fire alarm light while sleeping. Water seemed a bit too expensive. Bathroom mirror needs more lighting for makeup. Room needs a chair to sit for makeup or hair. Tv channels a bit slow to change but its ok, were not tv ppl.
