    No lounge chairs in the room, heating/air conditioning unit very loud and disruptive, no coffee provided in the room, over priced water bottles

    The rooms are small, but quite stylish.
    The rooms are fitted with working turntable rockers which is generally a nice touch, but unfortunately, a guest in the next room felt it as necessary to blast music from midnight straight on. It woke us up and was unbearable, the person didn't react to us so we tried to remedy the situation through the receptionist, to no avail. Eventually, we left the hotel at 4 am cos we couldn't sleep anyway and the person's vinyl got stuck and repetitive so at that point it wasn't just loud but bordering with psychoterror. This earlier departure also resulted in us having to park our car out ourselves despite having to pay for valet parking on arrival. Overall, it was the worst accommodation experience we had during this stay in the US and the poorest value for money by far.

    I have stayed here before, and enjoyed it, but it has slipped in my view. I probably wont choose this hotel again .
    Good location in the city .
    Toilet wasnt working properly , finishes in the room were chipped and tired , and protesters outside my window .

    The hotel has aged a bit since I last stayed in 2016. Some of the in room amenities I remember are not available. Still a very comfortable stay and a unique style that I enjoyed.

    The hotel was inexpensive relative to other hotels nearby. They had good free beer at 5PM, which was a nice perk.
    The walls were pretty thin, and we continued to hear our neighbors until midnight or so. The internet didn't work very well, as we kept getting kicked off of the connection. No coffee maker in the room, and coffee in the lobby wasn't available when we went down at 8:30AM on a weekday. We were told to come back in 15 minutes by a sort of rude woman who seemed put out by our request to get coffee.

    Great location...love the Libby area for decor and happy hour 5-6 free craft beer..staff friendly and helpful
    Walls are thin so noisy at times coming from other guest rooms.

    This hotel is located in a safe neighborhood downtown. You can easily find Starbucks, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping malls. Only 5 min walk distance to the nearest light rail (direct to the airport) and monorail stations. I would like to express my appreciation to the staff. I left my cell phone in the hotel room. They helped me to find it immediately and sent it to me through UPS. Many thanks!

    Don't look anywhere else, you've found your home in Seattle :)
    I had the best stay at Hotel Max. It's a very cozy place, you will enjoy sitting by the fireplace in the lobby in the morning while sipping hot coffee, and getting to know your fellow travelers while sharing a craft beer during Happy Hours. The bed is super confortable and the room is very functional. The location is absolutely perfect and you can walk pretty much everywhere in the city from the hotel. And big up to one of the nicest hotel staff I've ever met!
