    Nice and clean pool. Spacious rooms including a clean and big bathroom. Theres a nice restaurant as well. A little pricy but worth it if youre longing for a more luxurieus stay.
    Quit far from the city, which is not a problem if youre looking for a quite space. Please be aware of the street dogs if you are planning to go to the city Centre by bike! They could follow you while you are bicycling! Really scared us!

    Huts in a garden renovated with eye to detail. Nice swimming pool, big enough to do a few laps.
    The pillows were hard and very high. After waking up with a strained neck muscle and not getting anything softer or lower I had to revert to using a towel as pillow. It is a 45 minutes walk from the center, and taxis dont want to come to the hotel easily. You can use the bikes from the hotel for free, but remember to ask for the lights. Even during daytime, so the early sunset does not force you to come back early.

    Would expect more from a resort.
    Nice atmosphere, natural.
    The staff could do a bit better in their interaction with the customers. I asked them to call the bike rental place (organized by the hotel) because they didn't show up at the arranged time. Then 45 minutes later I came back to the reception (I was sitting literally 5 meters away) to ask if they're coming and they tell me they already did and give me my 3000 THB deposit back. They didn't bother to tell me for 25+ minutes of me sitting next to the reception? The room only has one working charger and is generally not worth the price.

    The reception and breakfast area, pool area etc were very nice and clean. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was tasty, there is a buffet and you can choose an additional warm dish. They have free bikes to use which was a nice plus.
    The rooms were super humid inside and very dark. It was also quite chilly in the mornings and evenings so turning on the fan or ac dehumidifier to have more air circulation didnt really work. The electrity only works when the room key is in the holder. There are outside a lot of plants and trees and water ponds, and the sun doesnt reach the bungalows to warm/dry up. The water in the pool was also very cold.

    Great place to relax in Chiang Rai
    Incredible pool and main spaces. The bungalows were comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The small cafe part of the hotel was cute.
    A bit far from city center, food at the hotels restaurant wasnt particularly good.
