    The Paradise Beach Resort & Spa is a massive, well-organized resort with beautiful gardens and a good variety of restaurants. While the buffet in the main restaurant is great, the Indian restaurant f (Read More)or dinner is not recommended. The beach in this part of the island is not good. The rooms are good and the food is amazing, making it a lovely location for a relaxing getaway. The service needs improvement and there are concerns about safety, hygiene, and persistent beach vendors. The resort's manager, Caren, provides exceptional service and ensures a memorable stay. Overall, the resort is clean, well-maintained, and the all-inclusive package is recommended.

    The rooms are old, the bathroom doesnt have a curtain anybody could see through. The service is terrible

    Not a really good stay for us
    Several pools, good drinks, some entertainments and on the beach. The offers a lot of differents activities.
    Dont take rooms 3&4 as you dont get WiFi in it and without WiFi you cant communicate easily with staff as there is no phone in the room. Hence for us we had each time to go to the lobby which was around 10 min from our room. Good is not great and not very diversified. Ac can be very very noisy and in some rooms you have it only in one room but not in the others. A lot of staff dont speak English hence not easy to communicate with them. Laundry is super expensive (5$ the piece even a slip). And the most annoying is the kids club was closed. It was the reason why I chose this club and no reason was given. They upgrade us to apologize but as the food was not that great and we dont drink therefore I value in that and the rooms was bad. Hopefully we told them we wanted our normal rooms backs even if its smaller but at least, the AC was less noisy but overall we had internet.

    Excelent stay, lovely ocean view , friendly staff and good entertainment will recommend to any
    The location of the resort is perfect and I would recommend any one that wants a break to go there and relax. No worries if you have any issue you can speak to management and they will sort it out for you. Will definitely go again.
    There is no Ice on the resort, get an ice machine there is aircons in the room running 24/7 but you cant make any ice. Having a hot soft drink on a hot day is not so nice. Please I recommend that you get an ice machine the customers will be a lot happier when they stay over.

    My stay was excellent
    Beautiful environment and very serene . The entertainment at night was exceptional and very inclusive. Hmmm not so much to say about the spa but the staffs were nice and friendly . The food was great and love the setting of the dining, lots of options to choose from.I wish I stayed longer but will definitely come back
    The spa is a bit lacking but I can forgive because the staffs are nice. I think a new hair stylist for braids is much needed. I had to do my hair at the salon which not up to standard
