Had an overall great experience. The place and room were impeccably clean and the green areas well-maintained. The pool areas were a nice and provided a relaxing environment. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a decent amount of space.
What stood out to me the most was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were not only friendly but also helpful. My mother is disabled, and they went out of their way to accommodate us by switching our room to an accessible one, which made our stay much more comfortable.
The hotel's location is convenient, being close to a mall, restaurants, and pharmacy, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. Although I didn't use the hotel's restaurant services, it's good to know they have them available.
I found pricing to be reasonable, with rates ranging between $100 and $130 per night. It's certainly a great value all things considered.
During our stay, we encountered no issues or inconveniences, and everything went smoothly.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and accommodating place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
