Superb

As a single female traveller, I felt safe and looked after during my stay.

Very safe and secure. High floor. No street noise. Balcony overlooking residential area. Dated but quality furniture. Good mattress. Everything very well maintained and super clean. Staff lovely. Excellent value.

I could hear the lift shaft going up and down from my room. The local area is a bit run down but I had no trouble travelling as a single female.

Clean and on great location

Excellent location next to the Metro, great cleaning service every single day and very welcoming staff.

The bed was a bit short for me (Im 1.92cm) and the water pressure in the shower was low some times - probably due to the room being on 6th floor.

Exceptional

Cleanliness is at high level, every day we got new towels and sheets were made by the staff. The ladies at the reception were both very kind and approachable for any questions. Location is also great, just a few steps from metro station (line going into the main attraction in the centre, just 4 stops away), on the main street with restaurants around (sugest traditional restaurant Portugalia right across the street from the residence, amazing food),, bakeries and shops.

Maybe the lack of mini bar in the room, but we were aware of this and it is not that important here because as stated there is lots of bakeries around where you can have decent affordable breakfast.

We really had everything needed here. The location is great as there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, would recommend before the center of the city, which is easily accessible with metro.

The water in the shower has really low pressure, sometimes there was nothing at all.
