The views in the morning are nice. Jeep ride to the cave room was fun.
Buffet breakfast was delicious and well organised.
Bed springs were a bit uncomfortable.
Room furniture needs to be spring cleaned since the property prides itself on providing quality treatment for its customers.
One of our group was also in the honeymoon suite, but since it's entrance is from the balcony, it was advised to be careful of monkeys, hence we weren't able to utilise it with a peace of mind.

The location and view from the room was breathtaking. The service at the restaurant was really good and they catered the food from the restaurant to the room as well. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Housekeeping was very slow, we had to wait for toilet paper for a few hours once we had run out. The phone didnt work in the room to call reception or room service. But they had a mobile number to call instead so we could still get in contact.

Ordered room service, f&b staff insisted on getting payment immediately even though they messed up my order. Called front office , they hung up on me thrice , then I had to walk to the lobby to sort things out. Very limited options given for room service eg: although pizza ,burger mentioned, not given. Buffet breakfast very crowded , food cold. AC after sometime started throwing ice. Wifi doesn't work. Bathroom fitting I don't understand what exuberant choice they have done. 3 different type of tiles and fixtures coming out when you try to use anything. Staff needs training.

Parakkat Resort....Not worth the money.
The resort has all facilities. Rooms were clean and spacious.
1. Vehicle parking not at all organized. I had to check out and start my journey at 7am in the morning and the staff was informed previous night and reminded again at 6am on the day of departure. But I found my vehicle completely blocked by another car whose key was not collected by the valet parking staff. So the key was collected by the owner from his room. This delayed my departure.
2. I had booked local sightseeing through travel desk of resort and promised prompt start at 0915h. So my family which also included my mother aged 75 years, finished our breakfast quickly and were ready by 0910h. But the booked vehicle by travel desk of the resort arrived only at 10am. We kept waiting for 45min.

Good hospitality, all the staff working were polite and very supportive.
Front desk, Restaurant, Trip organizer all the staff were kind with guest.
Overall, stay was pleasant and worthy.
Cleanliness shall be improved a bit in rooms.

Just the decor
Staff was disrespectful. Quoted different price from what was booked. We booked a premium room for 4 people which had 2 beds but they have us 1 room with just one double bed. They then added uncomfortable cots to compensate for the 2 beds. Restaurant staff is shameless. They asked us to leave the restaurant since we asked for A La Carte instead of buffet.
