Versailles was extremely dirty the room the mirror the blankets. The odor was horrible it smelled like urine. That tower alone was dirty including the elevator

This Paris hotel in Las Vegas that I booked was very different than advertised and the reviews were misleading. I was in the queue for one hour and a half to be checked-in. Theres no sleepers available and the customer service did say go buy one from a store (!!), no coffee maker, water was not free, smelling cigarettes everywhere and inside the room, and SO MUCH MORE I feel like my money got wasted in something that wasnt the one showing on the site. Im shocked that a 4-star hotel has all these issues and failures!!

The room we booked had not been cleaned when we checked in, the hotel upgraded our room to a sweet room for free, which was so nice.

The parking lot is separate from the hotel, causing some inconvenience

Good

It's tacky and OTT, as you should want in Vegas. The bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant has some great dishes and lovely service.

As others have said, all the fittings are tired-looking and our room was not quite as clean as I'd expect.
