Loved the locations and the comfortable rooms. Appreciated the La Labo toiletries!
I was disappointed the sauna was broken during my stay as I had specifically chosen a hotel with a sauna. Would have been great to have known in advance. Also the windows were super dirty, although to be fair there had been a few storms so maybe they just hadnt been able to clean them yet.

Nice and helpful reception desk staff, Mr Walker, room make up service, provide two bottles of water every day,
The pool for Spa is too small...
Breakfast is a little bit boring. The fried noodle is very yummy, but it could be too salty to eat. When we ordered first time, it was perfect. Then second time, too much soy sauce and salt, we can't eat...
The space under the ground floor... There is nothing we can do... Only play piano? Hope there has an event or activity.

Highly recommend for your Melbourne trip
The hotel is beautiful and tucked away in a little oasis whilst still being very close to the city and public transport including the free tram. The rooms are luxurious, spacious and the bed was amazing, very comfortable with high thread sheets. The staff were all friendly, including the concierge who was helpful for advice on tours and planning day trips. We enjoyed meeting the hotels canine employee Mr Walker during his shifts

Very comfortable and well located place to stay. Excellent customer service and buffet breakfast.
The buffet breakfast was great and the room was spacious and comfy. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We got a free room upgrade which was very much appreciated and a nice touch for our first stay. The ability to cast to the TV was also a great feature.
The property was looking a bit tired and dated and could do with a refresh. Our room had a couple of minor defects that required maintenance, for example a light in the dressing room kept flickering.
