    Hotel was dirty and reception staff was terrible. Complained as when having a shower the tray filled up of water and the drains emptied into the tray around my feet . Disgusting Told the reception and nothing happened

    Great hotel poorly managed clearly
    Very clean and comfortable beds
    Having my privacy and security put at risk by being woken to workmen walking into my room while I was laid in bed youd of thought a recognised brand like park inn with have better systems in place to know what rooms guests are staying in and not allow unknown third parties to to walk into someones room and was not amused by all the loud banging of the works being carried out inside the hotel as I was giving no prior warning of this when booking online or checking in at the hotel or I would of made alternative arrangements

    Have emailed hotel and they havent replied.
    Property and staff were all fine
    Property was very nice. Stayed therelast year and was perfect. This time heater in room sounded like an alarm going off and TV kept cutting out. Was a short visit and no time to change rooms. Not as good as last time and we had upgraded our room Disappointing.

    Really nice and will definitely look to stay again of the price is okay.
    Room was very comfortable, nice desk-working space and shower good. Breakfast food choice great and nicely cooked.
    Limited choice of dishes on the dinner menu. Tchibo coffee (from machine) at Breakfast awful.

    Very comfortable and pleasant overall.
    Very clean and comfortable room. A little plain but exactly as you'd expect from this kind of hotel so very acceptable for the purposes of an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable and had nice clean linen. The staff were very helpful and friendly, unusually and notably the cleaning staff were very cheerful and greeted me. Breakfast was generous and well cooked. Lots of choice and fresh apart from the tinned mushrooms which tends to be the norm in chain hotels.
    There was nothing unpleasant about my stay. I could've tried one of the non chain hotels maybe for a similar price and more luxury but this was convenient and suited my needs.
