    Wonderful hotel - Can't wait to stay there again
    Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Large well-equipped room. The best for me was free entrance to their great leisure club with gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
    All great. Only one small thing. The hotel It is not in a friendly location for guests without a car.

    Excellent front desk staff and service but hotel is in needof attention. More 3 star than 4 in my op
    Location excellent. Staff exceptional. Service wonderful. Very quiet which is what I needed.
    Room was horrible for a 4 star venue. Rusty taps, flaking, chipped painting on bathroom door and windows, unsightly and poorly applied sealant, shower door leaked water everywhere. 2 ply toilet tissue very rough. Food was poor, I couldn't eat the fish and chips on first night. Chips under cooked and the fish horrible. Pizza order incorrect on the second night. This was rectified and another taken to my room which was like warm. Whilst waiting for the pizza I watched in horror as a waitress dipped her finger in a glass of dark soda to remove the lemon slice. Noticing I was watching her in horror, she threw the drink away and then pulled another. I did not use the restaurant for the rest of my stay and just had snacks in my room Christmas day and Boxing day.

    A functional Holiday Inn with its staff as its greatest asset.
    Room was nice, breakfast excellent. Staff really helpful.
    The receptionist at the fitness/health centre seemed more interested in doing her nails than talking to us to explain the setup.

    Amazing hotel would stay again
    The hotel itself was amazing, the staff were very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and comfortable.Used the swimming pool facilities and the sauna and steam room which was nice. The facilities were great as well, breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay again.
