The pool is nice but my 7 year old son cut his leg on a broken tile, there is no maintenance, it is NOT a Hotel for Families with children, they do not have a wheelchair in cases of emergency,,The cleaning staff is very kind and worried

The children's pool is horrible, my 7-year-old son cut his leg on a broken tile, there is no maintenance, it is NOT a hotel for families with children, the room upon entering smells like cigarettes, terrible ventilation.

Beautiful ambience , beautiful rooms for my relatives who stayed there in 2 rooms . Very friendly n helpful staff . Was informed lovely food n setvice at club lounge

Somehow those who stayed in one of the rooms ending with 09 were bitten n felt itchy in the night and had some small raised lesion on their hands almost like a mosquito bite but not quite so. This was the only negative point otherwise everyone who stayed in the 2 rooms had the best 1 night stay club room experience .Thanks

Location.

Most bars closed off for private functions on 31 Dec. only bar open to paying guests was out in the rain at the pool bar. Cost of food excessively expensive. Got food poisoning from hotel restaurant.

Fantastic views; clean; spacious; super friendly and professional staff.

Check-in/out was quick and professional. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The view on Marina Bay is a bit to the side but unobstructed (17th floor). MRT connection from the airport is very good - City Hall MRT and from there is an underground walkway to Esplanade MRT. So even if it rains one can get to the hotel without getting wet.

The balcony of the room is more like "decoration" than a place where you might want to sit and spend the afternoon.

We still had a great stay !

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great view for fireworks. Thank you !

Location was not ideal to move about with the baby stroller. Also difficult to find the entrance to the hotel from the basement carpark and from the mall.
