    The location is perfect - close to the Main Street but set back so you feel like your in a secluded resort The room was big and spacious with an extra bed, lovely bathroom and everything you could need The breakfast was the best we have had The staff could not do enough for you

    My room had broken air conditioning and weird smell, so I was moved to a bungalow free of charge. That bungalow was very comfortable so I am very happy about it. Beautiful territory and gardens. Helpful staff on reception. Good location, close to food

    Room wasnt ready at check in time. Made me wait 2 hours in the heat as they didnt have a room for me. Didnt keep me updated - told me wait for 5min only until I started to get angry did they do anything for me to fix

    Unique setting, pleasant stay, but could be better.
    Location is great as its tucked away from the busy strip, but close enough to get to beaches and restaurants. Staff were friendly and attentive. The setting overlooking the lagoon is very unique! Multiple swimming pools gives you plenty of choice to relax and find a sun lounger. Christmas eve was fantastic with the buffet and entertainment. We booked on later and the staff kindly accommodated us at such short notice.
    Poor value for money considering we paid such a premium for the cottage overlooking the lagoon- we booked this for our honeymoon as it looked special, however when we checked in it was not cleaned to a high standard as you would expect - especially when paying such a premium! Its very dated, stained bath, the taps were full of limescale, mirror hadnt been cleaned and furniture was all scratched and marked. The following day, despite mentioning this to reception, it still hadnt been cleaned well. Every hotel in Thailand made an effort for our honeymoon, either by providing fresh fruit or little touches, but we didnt get anything here. Breakfast is average and could have been better. The hotel overall is in a lovely unique setting but could really do with some investment in bringing this hotel back to life. And cleaning standards should be higher.

    The room was exceptional, resort location is just fantastic.. Overall we had an amazing experience. Will definitely stay here again next time.
    There was no shower as such inside the room. Only a hand shower in the bathtub. There should have ideally been a normal shower inside the bathroom, apart from the one outside.

    Very nice Hotel, only 5 min walk to the Beach. The Personal was very friendly.
    First, we had one room in which we heard a loud noise (the Personal checked it and did Not know where ist comes from). Also the music from a nearby bar or Club was very very load. We have gotten an Upgrade for the next couple of days, and that rooms was very nice (and calm).

    Loved it, and we defenitly recommend to everybody
    Everything was outstanding, from the incredible pools to the exceptional staff. The shower was excellent, offering strong water pressure. The location couldn't be better, and the lush, palm-filled surroundings added a beautiful touch of greenery. Additionally, it was evident that the staff was diligently working to maintain the cleanliness of the place
    The breakfast has room for improvement; adding fresh juices and a wider variety of options would enhance the experience. This would really make it perfect.
