    The location is good but the foul smell outside the rooms made it unbareable. I dont believe this accommodation was not
    Located close to main shopping and restaurant area.
    There was a terrible smell outside the rooms, which made our stay very unpleasant. The rooms were fairly clean but the walls in the bathroom were really dirty. The rooms can do with a refresh/makeover.

    I liked absolutely everything, the breakfast was great. The pool was really nice and peaceful, bed very comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful. The room was big and good light. I def would stay again here and I do recommend this place. They have two pools - both are great and clean.

    Good fun location. Rooms and pool on roof were great.
    Good location near pier. Lovely rooftop pool Rooms were good size and clean and bathroom good.
    Lots of areas were dirty and smelly- eg the back area of the second pool had building materials and loose wires. And the walk to the pool was very smelly. There was no difference at all in the premium deluxe rooms on 3rd floor compared to those on second floor. In fact the bed was nicer on second floor. Top floor (much more expensive) had a longer desk but that is not important and not worth 50 a night. The photo showed the deluxe (more expensive) room having a corner view and one of the mountain was misleading as the room we had was inward facing and exactly the same as the others really

    Beautiful accommodation, on a beautiful island
    The property was just off the pier so perfect location for arriving, and right next to Railay East walkway and a short walk to the West beach. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room and pools were beautiful, lovely view out our window. Really quiet area. Breakfast had a big selection and the NYE buffet was amazing!

    Railay is a wonderful place and this hotel is a nice place to stay
    Location is great and the pools are nice. Staff lovely.
    Bit too much concrete but rooms nice once in them

    Hotel was great right opposite the main ferry port, however longish walk from the taxi boat port if coming from Ao nang.
    The pool was great and room was lovely
    No bar by the pool so had to walk to the shop every time, but you could still order food

    Very well located on the beach front, great spa services and staff were very lovely. Loved the monkeys around the hotel.
    Unpleasant smell in the room, No windows to air the room. There was unpleasant smell when you walked to the second pool.
